If a package is postmarked within 7 days of delivery it qualifies for the option of refund. There is a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unwashed, & in the original condition that they are received in (tags & boxes included).
The customer pays return shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. If you are shipping a package valued at over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not liable for return items in transit.
Final sale items: Any item discounted over 30%, swimsuits & intimate items. By all means we do not want you to be stuck with an item you are unhappy with, however we are a small-town boutique and must keep to our policy. If you are coming close to a return deadline please feel free to contact us. If you received a DAMAGED item, we MUST be notified via e-mail ([email protected]) with a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. We offer 2 options for returned items:
If a package is postmarked within 14 days of delivery it qualifies for the option of exchange. Before you ship your order back, please contact us with the item you would like to receive so that we may put it on hold for you.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 2 business days. If your package meets the criteria above, it will be processed according to the answers on this form. If you requested a refund, please allow 2-5 business days for the transaction to process.
