Piin Customer Returns

1. RA number for your return must be issued within 14 days of delivery.
2. Merchandise must be in new condition, which are unworn and unwashed.
3. All items must have our original PIIN tags attached.
4. Non-returnable items cannot be returned - please see non-returnable items below.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Terms & Condition
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as PIIN is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information. We reserve the right to deny a return if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please ship your return back to us no later than 3 business days after the RA number was issued. If we do not receive your return package in 7 business days without tracking number given to us, we will cancel your RA#.
Return Package with NO RA# will be refused and shipped back to you on your cost.
