You may return most new, unopened, tags still attached items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. If you chose to pay for shipping when purchasing, whether international or expedited domestic, and return a product, shipping is non refundable if not a result of our error.

To return an item email us, and be sure to put the order number and "return" in the subject area. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If an exchange is the option then buyer is responsible for the shipping of the exchanged product as well, on items exchanged at no fault of the shipper.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of package being returned to shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
